Refund policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all our guests.
Full Refund
Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund, including all nights booked (excluding the non-refundable service fee).
Partial Refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund for all nights except the first night, which is non-refundable. The service fee is also non-refundable.
Example:
If you cancel 3 days before your check-in for a 5-night stay:
• The first night is non-refundable
• You’ll receive 50% back for the remaining 4 nights
• The service fee is not refunded
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
